For Artists

BOUND Projects works with artists to develop their practices through critical dialogue, strategic thinking, and sustained support.

Colorful wooden sculpture by Ferd Metten of a plant with large leaves and curled flowers in a decorative vase, displayed on a white pedestal in a museum against a plain background.

This work is grounded in curatorial experience and a deep understanding of how artists move between studio, exhibition, and public context.

Engagements are tailored to the needs of each artist, whether focused on refining direction, preparing for opportunities, or expanding the scope of a practice.

Critical Dialogue

Ongoing, rigorous conversation that helps clarify ideas, challenge assumptions, and refine the direction of a practice.

Three people at a table, with one standing and pointing, in a room with a white wall and a projection screen.
A person walking through an art gallery with a colorful, floral-themed painting by Ebony G. Patterson on the wall behind them, reflected on the polished wooden floor.

Strategic Positioning

Support in understanding how work is encountered—across exhibitions, applications, and public contexts—and how to position it with intention.

Professional Practice

Guidance on the practical structures that sustain an artistic career, including materials, applications, and opportunities.

A detailed wooden sculpture by Carl Wilen of a futuristic vehicle, featuring a helmet-wearing driver with shutter shades in the cockpit, various cylindrical and complex structural elements, and a wheel at the front.
